This is the worst bank ever ever do not bank here They are rude and they are liars. They tell you if you wanna overdraft to go to a merchant use your card, but then it doesn’t work so you go back to the bank and then they tell you you can’t overdraft out of merchant so which one is it ?And not only that but the teller manager was completely rude dismissive and flat out lied to my face then had the nerve to ask what I’m buying , the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life . Been to this location twice for bank account and mortgage. There is always procedure/paperwork/rule that I can’t or I don’t need to provide in other places. I gave my business elsewhere eventually. If I were the manager here I will start keeping track of how many business got turned away by the 1st/2nd person you will be in contact with walking thru the door.

Just got a home loan and wanted to move to a different bank, went into the bank and was told they wouldn't open an account with me because of something that was on my credit report that my home lender didn't care about. And this is just for a Checking and savings account. Went to Security Services and was extremely satisfied that NCCU told us no.

The staff is phenomenal. Nothing makes my day more than walking into NCCU and seeing the smiling faces greeting me. I would recommend this credit union to anyone in the area. They have a community first mindset and you can tell!

Poor customer service, wrong information given to customer, I’ve been a member for close to 15 yrs and they couldn’t add my children as authorized users even though I was advised it could be done and that I needed to come in person. I came in person and branch manager said sorry but adding children to my credit card accounts is not approved by them. I live in Fort Collins, so for me to drive all the way here to the office was a huge waste of time and furthermore all the other credit companies had zero issues adding my children as authorized users.

EVERYONE I have done business with at the CU has always been so helpful and polite and I feel like they truly appreciate my business. I’ve been with them for over 20 years. I’ve had bad experiences at other banks with poor customer service. I’ve never experienced that with our CU!

I would just like to take the time to let every one know that this place is truly amazing ! Tony has helped me through huge decisions in regards of a car, credit card, and overall a good way to help build my credit. Tony was very transparent and made sure to help me find out what i think was best for me! I recommend this place to absolutely everybody now!

I was paired with a rookie loan officer to facilitate my recent used car purchase. He made several mistakes, then lied to me repeatedly in an attempt to cover his tracks. Reaching a supervisor was virtually impossible. Multiple messages were left, but calls were never returned. Mistakes happen, but the way they handled it was absolutely unacceptable.

If you're looking for a credit union, I strongly advise against using this one. The whole experience was disappointing.

Re: response from owner: Debbie, this is not about "not meeting my expectations".

When he told me (and you) "Michelle at the DMV said their mail takes 7-10 business days", that was a flat-out lie. He doubled down on this lie in another conversation several days later. Michelle told him no such thing. I know this because I called and asked her. He demonstrated a complete lack of integrity, and really has no business handling anybody's finances.
