Top notch team of associates. Always welcoming and friendly. Front desk goes out of there way to insure your updated and have knowledge of your appointment. Dr Hauser is friendly and down to earth. All of the techs that worked with me were very caring and answered all of my questions. Definitely a 5 out of 5 operation.

From scheduling, insurance submission, friendly greeting at the desk to the actual visit I was put at ease. On the day of my extraction, Haley explained every step of the procedure. Her calming manner and professional manner helped me to relax. When Dr. Houser stepped in he explained procedures, what to expect and continuously checked in regarding my level of comfort throughout procedure. Highly recommend!?

The Sedona office had a cancelation, so they were able to fit me in sooner than expected. The office staff were welcoming and friendly. The Dr's. assistant, Angelica, made me feel relaxed and at ease. Dr. Hauser was swift and focused, taking care of the procedures confidently. As he closed sutures and finished up, he kept me laughing, with silly "dad jokes". I left the office feeling relaxed and cheerful. Laughter really is the best medicine

Every person from the front desk to the treatment rooms went above and beyond expectations to make me comfortable and care for my needs.
They were compassionate and did their best to minimize my pain in a pretty serious surgery.
The Dr. kept in constant contact in the days following the surgery to make sure I was recuperating satisfactorily.
I highly recommend Dr. Bruce Houser and his caring team of professionals.
