We have had our home with Noble pmg for two years and they have taken care of every issue our house has had. Our renters have been very happy with the service they have been provided with as well. Current Renter, my advice, use another company. Also, when the maintenance or any sort or contractors to repair things come out, make sure to ask them, is this something I could have prevented or known to need to prevent and if they say no make sure that they mention that specifically in their report or they will try to to hit you with the charge for the repair.

I am to the point of filing a complaint against the company for difficulty to get in touch with, not returning the calls to tenants and shoving charges onto us that we should not have been responsible for, i.e., the power outlet in the garage having the wiring done wrong that needed to be redone to prevent the reset button from constantly tripping(notice there hasn't been an issue since the wires were swapped back to how they were supposed to be) and the AC for not being properly instructed on the cleaning of it or the fact that there are two different filter slots. I also want to mention the yard and how it was in no way a concern to you all or the owner that prairie dogs are chewing through rotted fences and burrowing in the yard, with one of them being next to the power box out there.

I have loved living here and appreciate the owner not wanting to increase the rent dramatically but I have honestly dealt with better rental companies when it comes to communication and handling maintenance issues without trying to shove the cost of them or, like with the fence just leaving it be. I want to be clear that my review is reflecting what many others have said in past reviews as I too have experienced the issues they have.

I also want to mention the lack of communication when it comes to maintenance requests. You guys schedule the tech with a time frame and then don't communicate to us that it has been done. Then we get a random call to verify the date and time and in one instance the tech came not knowing we weren't aware. I put in a request for electrical issues before or at the beginning of January and I have yet to hear anything from the electrician.

There is no reason I should be waiting 2 weeks for a return call from leasing to get simple questions answered so I can know what I need to do.
