The staff here, especially Desi, made the process of switching from a far worse policy with Progressive so fast and easy...not to mention affordable! I work a lot, I go to college at night, but Desi made the extra effort to assist and made it happen in a 15 minute phone call when I was available. Very efficient, friendly, and a name I can trust far more than any other insurance company. I'm was amazed our low quality plan at Progressive was the same price as the great policy we got here too.
