I have lived in foxwood village for over 14 years. My husband died in our home 3 years ago. I have loved living here until my husband died. The house that I rent from the park was having issues. The carpet that was in our house was there when we moved in. I asked the office if we could get new flooring. I was told that if I bought it the office would install it. The flooring had a dip in the hall. The maintenance man came and taped it up and the office said put a rug over it. Then there is the crack that goes down the ceiling of my home and a wall. After some storms the crack had gotten bigger and longer. I asked the office to come see it over a year ago. I was told it's just settling and they don't fix cosmetic. Then the floor started buckling and now is a trip hazard. I needed an ice maker fixed and it took over 4 months to get it fixed. When I went in to office to inquire why it was taking so long I was told that if I hadn't brought my ice bucket in and as the office said, I slammed it down, it would have already been fixed. I felt like I was being punished. Oven went out and it took over 2 months to get a new one. The ceiling in my son's bathroom has a leak from the sky light. The water runs down the ceiling and into the shower. The roof on this home is also over 14 years and I was told they would not replace it. It's been very difficult to get things fixed. My disabled son lives with me also. I am worried because of how bad the floor is. My husband took care of everything. I had to learn how to do things for myself. The office never told me I had to put anything in writing. After multiple attempts to get office to do anything, I started calling different companies to see what exactly was going on with my home. So much was discovered. My sink in the kitchen was never connected to the plumbing which meant over 14+ years all that water just went under my home. Now I find out that the house supports have sunk in the muck and this is what is the root of most of the issues. I was so upset because had management checked into that crack in the ceiling over a year ago, they would have seen the problem and been able to fix it before the flooring I bought started buckling. I call code enforcement over the sink. That's an environmental problem. The office has been given 60 days to fix what code enforcement listed. The office said they will only fix what is on the list from code enforcement. I feel sorry for the next person that moves into this house. And after all of this, then the office hits me with a cable bill saying I hadn't paid itin over a year? I felt like that was retaliation for turning them in. The office is down to its last 30 days and all that has been fixed was the kitchen sink. I have reached out to the office the last 2 weeks and was told they couldn't do anything because they were busy with the strawberry social. I am turning in my notice on April 1 to move out of this neighborhood because I feel I have been treated unfairly. Especially when I spoke with another person in our park that is also a renter. She rents her home from the park. The park gets work done within 3 days per resident.. she received flowers when her husband passed. I received.nothing. I have attached pics and videos for you to see what I have dealt with. I now know why I had roaches on my counters dead because I pay for pest control. They were coming from my sink! They replaced the vanity in my son's bathroom but put in a smaller sink and never came back to finish. The shed that is attached to my home leaks. I have not been able to use it for years because of the leaks. My son lives to do puzzles and he came to my one night and said to me the puzzles are wet. Office has done nothing for that either.

My parents live at the woodbrook establishment and we got to interact with the managers Mr David and Ms Gayle and they are extremely pleasant to deal with!

They are always willing to help out and always have a smile on their faces.
The facility is always clean well organized.

Absolutely love our Foxwoods village family. So much to do here. My only worry is the cost going up to the point we can’t afford to stay.

Extremely rude in office (Wendy). She must have amnesia, she will tell you something on phone or 1 day. And lye about having conversations the next. Record your conversations with her so you have proof about her lying , but the company doesn’t care they don’t abide by bylaws of HOA and don’t have any accountability. Terrible management company
