4 yrs ago I thought this was a reputable company. I WAS WRONG ! NOW 2021 ... I have learned Owner Michael Carr and staff do not operate with integrity. I paid for numerous repairs that were not done. Unscrupulous, untrustworthy, deceitful and consistently late with rent payments. Not recommended.
New Castle Management is the worst and they misrepresent you as an owner. They do not care about tenants who were living with a huge hole in the ceiling allowing rain, bad weather and critters to enter the home.

New Castle Management is a wonderful company!!
I have been a tenant with this company for 7yrs now and they are so professional the staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Whenever I have a problem they are quick to fix it. If you ever need to find a place to rent I would call them first.
