This office is extremely unprofessional. I cancelled my insurance 11/14 and Clark Warnock and his office continue to take out my insurance premium. I contacted them asking why and their office didn’t actually cancel my insurance like they told me but lied and said they did. I asked to be refunded and he says he can’t help me. They are thieves who do not take accountability for their actions. He “finished up” my cancellation moments ago after it was supposed to be done over a month ago. Do not go through these SCAMMERS. Horrible customer service. Horrible office. And the way I was communicated to was unethical, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I hope there’s shut down IMMEDIATELY and he’s fired. AVOID.

I was referred by my mortgage loan officer to McClure Group and I spoke with Jennifer Gray who also was referred to me and she was phenomenal! She did everything needed to make sure I got the best quote and made sure I understood all the information she was giving me. So I have a new teenage driver, and was looking into changing up some coverage. As we are all aware this can be confusing and difficult at times, well that wasn’t the case for me. Jen is amazing not only did she get me more coverage for the same price. And spent endless hours explaining what exactly I was getting, she got me the most bang for my buck. For the first time in a long time i spoke to an actual human she took my concerns and wants into consideration and got me into an realistic policy that didn’t compromise my wants or needs. She did this in an absolute timely and organized fashion, and on top of it all it was completely affordable, and realistic. I had one of the most amazing conversations, with a call that I wasn’t looking forward to making, and ended up being the highlight of my day! I have found everyone at the McClure group to be extremely friendly and helpful when it comes to assisting me with insuring my home. I never felt as though I was being pushed into a policy which I did not need, nor was not what was best for me. Jennifer Gray has been especially helpful in the most recent update of my coverage. Insurance is not a fun thing to spend money on, but Jennifer made me feel that I was certainly doing the right thing to cover myself in case of extreme emergency. I highly recommend this firm!
