They were paid in full and canceled the insurance on my rental property. Then they refunded the payment and sent the check to the rental property. I called, again they were unresponsive. They make so many mistakes just in simple business transactions, are you going to trust them when you lose your house from a hurricane going up the Bay?

They are unresponsive. They are constantly making mistakes in submitting the policies. They don't return their phone calls. They are not on the Maryland State registry of insurance companies. Do not use Nationwide and never use H. Lee Granger Insurance.
