Terrible communication. They only say they haven't been able to get a hold of you the day of your policy cancelation or when it has been canceled for a month or more. Not right at all when trying to keep customers. They should be contacting or sending out a email to warn you. Also, had so many issues with updating contact info where even when I called to pay the bill it said it was paid off to come and find out they had my contact info under my parents when I was on a plan with them. Don't recommend them for communication and transparency of the policies.

I do not want anyone too think that I'm an Easy Grader. I've given Brian five stars because he earned it. I was looking at options for a new Auto policy and contacted his agency. He was very helpful giving all the information I needed to make a decision.

I have been with Capretta insurance for a couple years now. Brian has always been able to work on getting the lowest rates around. I would recommend this to anyone. They have a good referral program so i recommend asking about it when getting a quote.
