The staff of the Cohee Agency have always been efficient, accessible, and very helpful anytime we have had a question or a claim. We have raised five drivers while insured by Nationwide, so we have had our share of claims over the years. Excellent service!!

I would leave zero stars but that is not an option. Left this agency two years ago+ and they are sending me a review survey! Perfect example of why I left, you are a number! My insurance lapsed due to billing problem (had to close bank acct due to identity theft ) and my agent did not even give me the heads up that there was an issue. Said they sent an email, but i never found that email! Nor could they show me that email! Cost me a pretty penny for the fines. Thank God I did not have an accident during that time. My family had been with the agent that owned this agency prior to Bruce and we had ia great experience. Total insurance with Nationwide for 30 yrs, ( home,car,boat,autos) for my whole family, children, to extended family aunts and in-laws. We have ALL moved on due to the incompetence of this agency. I am now with a agent with Farmers and could not be happier!!! She calls me by name and calls me with opportunities to save money on my insurance needs! That was what I wanted, needed, and happy to say I now have! Unless you enjoy aggravation steer clear!!!!
