Ive been with nationwide for 2-3 years. I found out about the “on your side” review they offer , so i requested one from Muhammad Malik, which then took over a month and me calling back to get done (this started around june 2020) , then after he stated that we needed to write a new policy rather than Rewriting my current policy, when asked why he stated that was the only way (later found out it is NOT true). However after a grueling 2 months now working on lowering my monthly bill i was told it would be lower by around 50$. Partially content with the resolution i kept the policy. Then i purchased another car which Muhammad Malik mistakenly added to my old policy which was being phased out. Fast forward to august i dropped a car from my policy which should have resulted in a lower payment. Not really my bill since this whole ordeal began has not been consistent for even 2 months. Now 12/23 I received a bill from collections because Muhammad failed to advise me there was a remaining balance on the old policy which i asked at least 3 different times. And i just found out same location did this to my in laws. As a representative of NATIONWIDE this company/location should be held accountable for their own mistakes and not the customer. Definitely do not feel like NationWide is on my side.
