This place is bad at answering and returning calls. Like my husband insurance almost lapsed because they don't answer phone or emails. And when you call you wait for them to answer and you can hear them answer the phone and then hang it up time after time again.

I was for 5 years with this company but I decided quite it because the service is not very good answer the phone sometime and the office the son of the owner is nothing professional he make 3 mistakes one time he let me with no insurance for a month second he change me to different insurance but he didn't make the payment so i owe one month to the insurance what he change me and didn't know so I get to collections and the 3 my my life insurance I want to cancel it but he never fill up the right thing s to do it so I was paying it for almost 4 month so the best thing I did was call directly to the insurance company
