Jim may be the best CPA ever. I will never know because of the "peach of a women" at the front desk. I have never been treated in such an unprofessional manner. Steer clear of this nightmare has she needs to get professional help. Has no business being in such a position.

This is an updated glowing review. My 1st experience in 2021 was not the best but in hindsight it was the height of covid, everything was weird and everyone was exhausted from fear and anxiety and let's be honest, only a CPA enjoys taxes. The rest of us don't have positive feelings about the whole situation. Jim did a perfect job with my filing and I was happy to receive a refund. There was a stress in the air last year that definitely was not there this year.
Fast forward to 2022, I went in early again and the IRS hasn't even released updated code for him to fully finish his job but I am not worried. Dealing with a nervous Nellie like me- he was able to put me at ease and not only assure but joke with me about my overpreparedness. He gave me confidence in what I had been doing and assured me I was doing a great job preparing for the future. I highly recommend him. Understand, he is all business at 1st but a great heart and excellent CPA!
