I was her client for about 6 years as a very small business. I was Over charged, and their service is terrible! She had finally talked me into her bookkeeping service- Promised to provide top of notch full service at $600 month (way over priced), but failed pay my state tax over 3 months. Confronted Elizabeth, she claimed she "thought' I wanted to do file my own state tax... (facepalm), yet they filed all of the previous taxes. I explained to her how top notch her service was when she had absolutely no clue that my state taxes weren't file and paid for those 3 month? Left her quick after I found a new bookkeeper that didn't cost me over $120 a month and did more than she could ever do. (it was my new bookkeeper who realized those months weren't paid after her first day on the job)

Anyway, I didn't want to leave her a bad remark, until I emailed her about month and half ago requested for my last tax return in electric file to be sent to me. She responded and said gladly.. Month gone by after 2 more follow-up emails.. No response. No file. This is a professional I paid top dollars to do ky taxes. I believe by law have the right to obtain my legal tax return.

We should all do our homework to compare prices and job satisfaction. This accounting firm is a fail. Learn from my money mistake.
