Went to an out of state my eye doc i ordered glasses that came back wrong.. sent them back came back wrong again. The GM Leann helped me fix the problem and explain what may have happened that caused glasses to be wrong.. New employee not much experience to help a veteran ( been wearing glasses since third grade)with eye wear. Found the problem fixed it a now I'm on my way to go pick them up. I'm confident that LeAnn got me right. Professional and able and willing to help!

I was from out of town and damaged my glasses. I dropped by the store and the kind staff repaired my glasses on the spot at no charge. Nickea was great. Thank you !!! Highly recommend this business. Great staff!!

Dr.Carozza and Nakia were great, however I didn't like the receptionist lying saying that they had tried to contact me multiple times about an additional $40 fee to take pictures of my eye when the same thing can be done for free with dilation drops and is not required at other locations. I'm not stupid and I only have one documented missed call on my phone with a voicemail, that never mentioned the fee as well. So she lied twice...This is the last time I will be going to the Hope location.

I was referred here by the VA. Nice store, friendly staff. Only negative is, I have to drive to Shreveport Louisiana to get my glasses.
