I wanted to spend a moment to write a positive review for MWM fund. Although the fund is relatively new, this fund provides a way for non- accredited investors to earn a competitive preferred return while helping people avoid foreclosure and stay in their homes. A win- win for everyone and yes, meaningful especially in light of the current Covid-19 crisis where many more homeowners are faced with foreclosure. I personally love the idea of impact investing and after speaking with TJ at MWM fund I’m fully on board. I look forward to seeing this fund develop.
