I'm an insurance agent with another company. Filing a claim with this company was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The representative was rude, confused, and in no way helpful. I was so embarrassed to go through this process with my policy holder and I truly hope that this was not their norm. The 'owner' Tim was extremely rude and talked over my insured, threw insults, and was extremely unprofessional.

Very difficult to reach agents. They don't answer the phone and don't call back in a timely manner. Found new agent and lower prices car and home
