As a full-time real estate investor, I was interested in investing with MultifamilyU (Grocapitus). However, their sales representative was unprofessional, immature and distracted on our call, even claiming their offering was closed despite it being listed as available online. I would have invested if their rep had handled the call with more professionalism and less childishness.

Bad experience investing with Neal Bawa. Although the experience was when he was with Financial Attunement. I have not seem any improvement in business practices and even offer to resolve issues.

personally i wouldnt condone that level of disrespect but thats just me tho ly bawa but neal bawa was very helpful with my investing
