Amazing work. Top tier service as always. Nicole has been my agent for 3+yrs now and I can always count on her to find the lowest prices, even with the prices constantly increasing. Great communication as always. I love that I was recommend to Mt.Carmel all those years ago because it saves so much more time on searching for car insurance. I've worked with Lisa as well and these 2 ladies are always making mountains move. Keep doing what you do! Highly recommend!!

I have had the worse experience with this agency especially with Nicole. She needs to either be trained or let go. First she caused me to be double billed because she didn't tell me selecting a date that would cause a double bill. Very unprofessional she then says nothing can be done then when I canceled she said I needed to put in email that I canceled now saying she needs more information. Stay away from this agency as they don't give you all information and then when they drop the ball sorry nothing can be done. Go find a better agent or better yet do it yourself without an agent so you know what to expect and not have someone not tell you all information. Worse experience I have ever had. I will also be reporting to BBB and letting everyone know how you treat your clients.

You never worry about your insurance until you need it, and recently my mother in law was in a car accident. She is insured with Mt Carmel Agency, but didn't have a current card in her vehicle. I was able to reach Mt Carmel after hours from the side of the road and they instantly sent current insurance cards for the police report. That level of service makes all the difference when you need it. Thanks, Lisa!
