Property management is tough. You have to keep up with routine tasks, handle emergencies, assist owner representatives with future planning, and contend with never ending competing interests. Mperial took over our 140 unit, multi-association property about a year ago after a period of serious mismanagement by another firm.
Has everything worked out perfectly? Of course not, they never do, but I give them credit for getting through a tough transition during our largest ever renovation project. Our property manager, Charlie Hass, and his support team are the most responsive managers I have experienced since I moved in 20 years ago.

I am a current homeowner in a development that uses Mperial - BEWARE to potential future users. The HOA costs $300 a month and the landscaping is TERRIBLE. Weeds everywhere in our yard and common areas, unkempt "natural conservation zones", plants left to die in our garden because the association does not care for them, huge bald patches where plants were forgotten to be planted.
