Worst experience I’ve ever had. First got a cough then in the middle of the night I ran to puke and nearly passed out, couldn’t hardly talk or stand up. Called 911 and the emts were terrible. Only thing they wanted was to tell them I’ve been on drugs or taken edibles. Then I got to ER and the ladies were nice then some fat grouchy old man came in without introducing himself so I had no idea who he was walked in and said why are you here and was very rude. He walked out and told nurses to do blood work and x ray. They unhooked IV and left the room for almost an hour leaving me alone with no IV nothing to drink or a clue what was going on. Finally one nurse came back in and said everything looks good so they are releasing me. They walked me to the entry way and shut the door behind me. Come to find out through a different healthcare provider I have RSV and so does my whole family now. I would never recommend this ER.

This hospital is a joke. Filled with people who don't care about anyone, never again...

If you're truly looking for a new Dr or NP, you might want to re think about going here. Not a good clinic and the staff including the practioners at this clinic, especially with Tammy who has a NP. She's not a full fledged Dr. If you've been on a medication for 2 yrs. and she doesn't want to refill it she refuses to honor it. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

Physical Therapy tried to bill my insurance $275 for about a half hour max worth of an evaluation. I have pretty good insurance but I don't know any insurance that will pay $550 an hour. So I'm left to pay $218.23 and I never even got to see the fitness room. Lol

The ladies up front are super nice but I am very dissatisfied with the provider care. Took my son in on a Wed due to what seemed to be UTI symptoms. He's only 5 but his teacher said he was making numerous trips to the bathroom at school and I noticed the same at home. He was going every 15 mins but didn't really go more than a few dribbles. He said he feels like he has to go all the time no matter how much he pottys. The doc took a urine sample on Thurs morning and I have heard nothing except I need to wait... It is now Sat night. I understand it takes time to grow a culture, but I don't understand why she couldn't give him an antibiotic until the culture came back and change it if the culture indicated another antibiotic would be better. They said the preliminary report looked fine so we have to wait longer. Now my 5 yr old has to deal with this until Monday IF they decide he can have antibiotics. We'll most likely be on our own. I'll be going to docs in Minot in the future.

Always can call and they squeeze you in, even if their schedule is full, especially with kiddos. They take your information seriously and will try everything to figure out what needs to be done. The home town feel and are very welcoming!! Its nice to have a hospital within our community instead of making the long trips elsewhere.

“Outpatient service “ 10 minutes $247.00
I went in July of last year for medicine refill and I paid $150,six months later they decided to send me another bill in the amount of $97.
It seems they charge based how “short “they’re.
COMPLETE RIP-OFF!!!!!
They don’t even deserve half star.

Worst medical facility that I have ever been to. I had a very serious medical condition and I wasn't even allowed in the building. I was treated in the entryway. They preform unnecessary tests and then they have no idea of how to treat you.
