BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN CARBONDALE. GREAT LANDLORD, GREAT WORKERS!( Special thanks to Kristy, she made our stay amazing). They treat you like human beings and the price to quality ratio is crazy good for Carbondale. Stayed here 2 years, would stay 2 more. Great place for great people.

Excellent place to stay. I really enjoyed my time there. There was an excellent view of the large green garden in the backyard. The large garage allowed me to park my car and store several items as well. Every colleague that visited my apt was impressed by the unit. Staff responded to service request promptly. Common areas were kept clean and maintained regularly. The area is also very safe and family-friendly. Neighbours are quiet and respectful. Rent is very reasonable for what you get. Kristy was especially helpful during my time there and always available. Could not recommend Mountain Valley properties more.

I lived here for 2 years and loved it!! I stayed in the Creekside apartments and they are super nice! Very spacious and up to date. Safe area and well kept grounds. Maintenance requests were tended to the same day or the following morning. The guys that came to fix the problems were super nice and polite. Everyone in the office was very personable and would work with you to make your time there the most pleasant!! Overall great company with very good employees and a great place to live!!!

MVP is the best property company I have ever leased with. They were super flexible for accommodating a longer lease. Anything I needed addressed on the property was completed within 8 hours, I kid you not. Kristy and the team were awesome! I never had a bad experience while living here and wish I didn’t have to leave southern Illinois! Thank you for a great experience!!!
