I noticed this agency has many properties for sale in the Sangre de Cristo ranches so I contacted Chris whose name is on the signs, left a voice mail. It's been almost 2 weeks and no response. They just lost a cash buyer.

The two people I've dealt with here - Chris and Ken - were absolutely fantastic! They both took time out of their schedule to answer questions, explore options and have quality conversations. Yes, this might be what realtors are supposed to do, yet in my experience they don't always...unless they think they'll get a quick million dollar sale. These folks are straight up good people and I highly recommend them.

I made the mistake of thinking these people would be reasonable in acting as my listing agent and watching out for my best interest. They're definitely not. They just wanted to get rid of the listing complain about the condition of the property and then take their high fee without even trying to meet me in the middle since I've already had to take such a huge loss on the offer that they were able to find. Don't use them. Find someone who will actually work hard for you. They can't even pick up the phone and make a phone call, if you want a response, write an e-mail and wait a few days. The entire duration of my working with them I spoke to my agent on the phone maybe 2-3 times. She couldn't even call me to set up closing and explain how things would work.

Requested information from this agency several times. Finally had to email the entire agencies staff to get someone to respond, only to find out the property I was interested in had been sold. Not to mention the "I don't care about you" attitude I got via emails. Won't be using these people that's for sure. Take your business elsewhere if you can.

And after just getting an email from the "owner", she has the same poor attitude. I highly suggest finding another agency to do business with. These people are the epitome of bad service.
