Waste of my time. Wouldnt answer any questions or talk to me until we’ve “established a relationship” because he’s been “burned too many times” by people taking too much of his time. *eyeroll*. Obviously his time is more valuable than anyone else’s. Hard to establish a relationship when he refuses to engage in a conversation.

I’ve been a client for a little over 5 years Due to errors in withholding, not paying my taxes on time and getting fined by the IRS and over all lack of communication I chose to leave Cyrus gave me a 1300 bill not taking into account the year of payroll I paid ahead or even the payment of last year’s taxes I had to send cancelled checks to prove payment He refuses to release my accounts to the new CPA for lack of payment He repeatedly nickels and dimes me with postage, photo copying, sorting, reproduction, assembly and a processing fee When asked to explain these fees he refused saying he doesn’t have time to go back and forth with me He is unprofessional in my opinion I would never refer anyone to him
