I have worked with several recruiters before and my experience with Jeff was the best I have had. He is very likeable and easy to work with. His approach is whatever you need it to be, if you just need candidates and want to take it from there, he can do that or if you want him to sit in on interviews, send interview questions, etc.. he will do that too he fills in the gaps in your recruiting and hiring process.

This large company must hire low wage, part time staff. Regan asked me for use of my photographs for a non-profit Plumas brochure, but then got my copyright credit and URL wrong. Reading over the glossy document, I noticed many errors. Sadly this local North State business does not have a quality control dept. Or any cash to pay for images in their professional reports.
