I have been with Morgan for a number of years. As always, great service. Had a question and request and Liz Lara (account Rep)worked with me over 2 days to resolve . Any other person would have given up just after a few tries. What a pleasant experience working with them.

This is specifically to praise Lelia and her efforts while we had to deal with a rental emergency. We had an issue where our new apartment had significant water damage and Lelia was able to get us on track with setting up a claim ASAP.
My issue (hence 4 stars) is not with this agent but with State Farm as a whole. Once we began our claim, the claim representative we were assigned to was so disappointing. They were totally unresponsive and extremely hard to get a hold of. She even "forgot" to send us a very important link to upload our damages after we had done them in another place so 2x the work to get our items replaced. It was explained to us that the unresponsiveness was due to another major disaster that had happened and that was more pressing to deal with (not something I wanted to hear exactly but I understood) then after many days and almost weeks of trying to get a hold of our claims representative, she told me that she would be on maternity leave soon and thus we would be getting a new agent in two weeks (honestly good news to us). Lo and behold, our new claims rep was on top of her game and got our claims pushed through almost instantly. I did reach out to Morgan Parker and Lelia to escalate our need to speak with our original claims rep. They did try their best to get things moving. I would highly recommend Morgan Parker's office but I'm beginning to suspect State Farm is kind of falling apart.
