Usually have great experiences every time I go in to pay our insurance. I did have some issues with being charged a late fee for something that was not my fault. I went in to pay our insurance 2 times in the same week and they were closed on days they’re scheduled to be open. , I went a third time and they charged me a 10 dollar late fee when my payment wouldn’t have been late if they had opened according to their schedule. I also have a problem with the number not being updated online so any time I need to discuss matters regarding my insurance I have to drive to them.

They were able to apply a 10 dollar credit onto my payment for the next month so they fixed the late fee issue! No complaints!! Very sweet people!
