Monica and her staff are exceptional and go the extra mile for people in need. I am an AmFam policyholder from Fort Collins, CO and had the misfortune of damaging a tire while out of town for work, which created a chain of events that were not going to get me home in a timely fashion. On a whim, I popped into Monica's office and explained my situation (the repair shop I had been towed to the evening before needed replacement tires and didn't have the ability to get them due to their workload/staffing; tire shop had the tires I needed but no way to get them to the repair shop). Monica and another staff member then took me to Big O to pick the tires up and bring them to the repair shop so I could get home that day. She saved my entire day by stepping up and taking her own personal time/vehicle to see to the prompt repair and service on my vehicle. Truly amazing care and service!
