First of all I would like to say I thank God for bringing money one Federal credit Union and Mrs. Sizemore into my life if it had not been for Mrs.Sizemore and her constant and consistent services awesome service 1000% satisfactory services I would not have been able to have done the things that with her help I've been able to do such as purchasing my new home 3 years ago also a new pickup truck as well as a new vehicle my dream vehicle (Cadillac ct6), I'm eternally grateful for money one I told her before, she's more family to me than certain family members especially when it comes to my finances I appreciate all that she's done I appreciate money one again I'm extremely grateful for this company and the services that they have provided to me I'm looking forward to continually doing business and I will be sending you all more customers as a matter of fact my brother(Gregory Brown)is also a member of money One credit Union so again I thank you I appreciate you and I'm grateful for money one credit union and especially Mrs.Sizemore. Ms. Jones has helped me with several accounts balancing my numbers getting me back on track she and I have a history we've known each other for over 40 plus years I can honestly say that she has been a true example of a woman of God a woman all of her life and she is very knowledgeable of money management and helping people such as myself who was not great at this technology in all these new AI information things that are in place she has helped me to completely turn my finances around and look at them differently I can call on her or several the other ladies at any time with any questions or any problems that I may be going through and they have always I mean always come through for me. Once again I am truly truly thankful blessed and grateful to money one and their staff each and everyone who I've ever come in contact with even the lady at the front desk I can't recall her name but everyone there are very pleasant professional individuals who take care of their customers.

Ms Ruth and Catherine jones was my banking advisor today. Ms jones helped me with a number of things as far as opening a checking account, helping me get the right information I needed for my business and more. Ms Jones gave me great costumer service today. I’ve been with Money One Federal credit union for over two decades within the last two years. Some changes have been made thanks to the support of customer service persons Alex Who goes beyond her duties to ensure that my concerns are being met and resolved. She has been instrumental several times where I was on the verge of closing my account but because of her wonderful customer service skills her genuine concern and her encouragement. I’m still hanging in there, another awesome customer service rep, Miss Catherine, whenever I come into the branch, she greets me with a smile that warms my heart. She’s knowledgeable patient and takes the time to explain the process of my Financial problem I’m doing at the time, money market savings, etc. you can rest assure when dealing with Miss Catherine ,you can leave knowing you’ve received the best Financial information. Money One has . Today I had to go into the facility to discuss potential fraud on my account not only did the banking network call me, but Alex took the time and informed me of this attempt that turned out to be Not substantiated. If you’re looking for Financial information with knowledgeable and friendly and caring people such as Alex and Catherine. Ms Alex handles the phone calls and Miss Catherine handles investments and other banking concerns and procedures. Ms.Catherine Jones was very helpful and pleasant. I came in to do a wire to and out to Wells Fargo Mortgage she assisted me to make sure I had everything properly filled out. She even made the phone call to the Mortgage people. I was very well please of her level of service. A job well done.
