I am writing this review in regards to one of the Monarch Benefit Ins. agents- Bryce Korngold.

I have worked with Bryce for many years now. He has handled my medical insurance needs. I know that enrollment is a very busy and stressful time for most agents. What I appreciate about Bryce was his willingness to take the time to show personal interest asking about me and husband. He also would carefully explain the pluses and minuses of the various plans offered so that I could make an informed decision that best suited my needs.

Last year in December I explained to Bryce that in 2022 I would be eligible for Medicare. I knew at the time he did not have the necessary licensing for Medicare and asked for a referral. To my surprise he said that he was currently working to get the qualifications needed. He has been so patient and such a help in navigating the dark waters of Medicare. Not only did he send me short video clips to understand the ins and outs of Medicare but he offered video conferencing to help me make sense of the overwhelming terminology and knowing my medical needs made kind recommendations for what plan would work best. When I was having difficulty explaining some of intricacies of Medicare to my husband, Bryce offered to meet with us and clarify the confusion. While we are nearly complete with the enrollment process, Bryce continues to be available to answer whatever questions I may have no matter how trivial. I am grateful for his outstanding service.
