I’m really disappointed with the lack of response I received after reaching out to address an important issue. I sent an email asking for someone to check the sprinklers because the grass in the condo was dead, but I never got a response. It's frustrating that when there’s an issue with the residents, the management is quick to complain, but when it comes to addressing concerns that affect us, there's no follow-up. Poor communication and lack of attention to property maintenance. Would not recommend.
