You don’t know what kind of insurance you have until you need to use it. After a hail storm they did cover our roof but continues to deny my coverage for my now useless gutter helmets. They state it’s cosmetic but yet they need a smooth surface to actually work. Dropping this company and warning others to beware.

The person that handled our claim after a tornado was the most hateful dishearten man I have ever met! We were customers for 17 years and when we needed them they treated us terribly! They even denied us a second adjuster or any explanations! Just sad!
