I submitted a waiting list application on 10/3/2023! A year and almost 6 month's ago! Since that date I have called and left numerous more than (50) voice mail's. I have even visited the office during the working hours it states on the voice mail Tuesday's & Thursday's and the office door is always locked. I have visited the office about (30) times. On several occasions when I visited the office there were people inside the office but no one acknowledged I was there. I knocked on all the doors on all sides of the office and no one came to the door. I was there for about a good 25 minutes. It was so frustrating. There has been no communication at all and I find that extremely unprofessional. Can someone kindly let me know what the next steps are? When I check the online portal because that is the only option I have left. It states: (on waitlist 8/16/2024) what does that mean?

I currently see available (2) 3-bedroom's. This is why I am now taking time to post this review in hopes that someone can reach out and communicate with me! Can someone please take the time and let people on the waiting list know something? Anything? We are families who are needing help in finding an affordable place to live! Please communicate with us! Thank you.

These apartments are beautiful inside and out, But once something breaks stops working and you put in work orders they do not reach back they do not answer the door to the office they do not answer the phone. Idk what's going on but your response to getting soemthi5diced will take almost a 6 months to a yr been calling maintenance to come fix things and still no response. Talked with someone on maintenance they took my complaint serious but not serious enough because we still haven't heard back from anyone

It is beautiful here. Big homes and friendly office staff. Great views of sunsets, fireworks and more from your own home. I love the online repair reporting. The office staff are overloaded caring for two properties though. I wish upper management would hire more staff to help out. Beware of nosey neighbors though.

I've been living at Mission Village of Greeley for almost three years, and it has been a wonderful experience. The community is very nice, with good neighbors who contribute to a friendly and welcoming environment.

Tricia, the Senior Property Manager, is a wonderful person. She is incredibly kind and always willing to help with any issues or concerns. Her dedication to the residents truly makes a difference.

Dwayne, the maintenance guy, is also fantastic. He is very helpful and always responds promptly whenever we need assistance. His efficiency and reliability ensure that any maintenance issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

Overall, Mission Village of Greeley is a great place to live. The combination of a pleasant community, excellent management, and reliable maintenance services makes it a highly recommended residence.

DO NOT waste your time here I applied in August 2023 and have been turning in everything the Manager Asked for on that same day with in min of the request .every time I would call no one answered I would send emails no one answered I go in person and Tricia would always have an excuse is to why she has not gotten to my application,first she said be cause her corporate had her doing a lot , then it was because I would go in to early then it was because she was in meetings I turned in so much paperwork and 3 months later after multiple stoping in ,email she said I was denied because I’m over income , which is not true I’m sure she is raciest , I just wish there was some where to report this kind of injustice . It’s places like this that are reason we have so much homeless now days .

TRISH is the absolute worst worker I’ve ever met. Extremely unprofessional. She’s suppose to be in office til 6. She is ALWAYS gone before . My family has been waiting WEEKS for a call back an everytime we get a email it’s old Trish saying she needs more paperwork, when she could just give us a list of everything she needs at once . We sent in paperwork on a Thursday and she didn’t submit it until Thursday THE FOLLOWING WEEK. I’ve contacted corporate and they are yet to get back to me. DO NOT COME HERE . WORST LEASING PLACE YOULL EVER EXPERIENCE.don’t Waste your time .

I applied been on waiting list and tried contacting constantly no one ever answers their phone I was recommended to them because I was in need of moving fast and was told they are amazing I've felt everything but that they don't care to reach out! It's very unfortunate
