I've had nothing but positive interactions with Mission Insurance! Charlene has been EXTREMELY helpful - she took the time to answer all my questions, and she helped me make a change to my auto policy. She followed up with me multiple times to give me updates on the status of the change, which was very appreciated. This interaction with Charlene was the best customer service I've ever received from an insurance agency, and I'm very happy to be one of their customers!!!

Shannon was the best insurance rep I've ever dealt with.

Rather than trying to sell me and my family into some plan with little info on what was actually covered, she spent all afternoon researching specific plans that would work for us. After going over all of our options she laid out a couple of private health sharing companies that were also available.

Despite her not making any sort of commission on these options, she did recommend them to us. It was nice to interact with a representative that had our best interest in mind rather than their own.

10/5 stars I would recommend her and mission insurance to anyone that is looking for insurance!!!

Wonderful agency! Abigail was so nice on the phone and very informative! The phones disconnected and we were right back on track as soon as I called back. Great rates as well, quite a bit cheaper than i expected them to be.
