Honestly, if I could submit a rating below one star I would do it. If you wish to loose money heavily and go through all sorts of harassment please go ahead and use mStock. My father has lost a lot of money and peace of mind while trading through this app. Their app and technology belong to the stone age, and their customer services are possibly the worst in the world. It's guaranteed to give you the worst trading experience. I would recommend my friends (or anyone) never to use mStock or trade via Mirae ever again. Even for something that would take less than 10min to resolve, they would say "please wait for 48 hours" and after 48 hours there would be 0% process and they would say the same thing again and again on loop if you follow up with customer support. The laziest and most technically challenged process and technology. We have sent them several emails and called them several times and finally lost hope. Their app is a nightmare. I am a software developer myself and I think 15 year olds would build better app and tech support system than them. Dealing with this godforsaken trader is the worst trading desicion we have ever made.
