Mindy Andreychek Agent (License #: MD-33727) along with her staff Bonnie Stevens are very ignorant, rude and racist. I've contacted her about my homeowners policy months ago and finally she answered the phone 2+ months later. She couldn't even just say something like my apologies for my staff and I not getting back to you in a timely manner..... Instead, she had no empathy towards the situation as it pertains to the water damage to home that resulted in a flood in the basement. Her response to me was "well you have me on the phone now..... If I don't like the way I'm rude and racist to you then call State Farm and find another agent" and then she abruptly hung up the phone.

My questions are not resolved and I also have 4 other policies with her.... If you want a great professional insurance agent with a great staff, Mindy Andreychek and staff are not the professional way to go.
