In the past six years of owning my own business, I have had nothing but bad luck when it comes to payroll and tax personnel. After meeting Erica Talley and telling her what I was looking for and needing, I decided to give her a try.
I am so glad I did!
Erica is very professional and gets back to me quickly and Is a person of her word , unlike previous tax preparers I have had in the past. She went above and beyond to help me get documents from a previous payroll person who would not respond to my emails or text and ghosted me.
When we went to get our taxes done, she did them right there in front of us while we were there to ask questions along the way. She offered advice and found other deductions that previous accounts never had. I am looking forward to a long lasting relationship with Erika as my newfound tax person! I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and experienced tax professional!
