Absolutely trash! They charged me more than what I was told and didn't even tell me what I was paying for until I got the invoice. They are also using the bait and switch which is against the law if y'all don't know what that is look it up. I'll never go to this practice again they were all sweet and nice until after the appointment. I felt like I was being rushed and everything else. I don't recommend them at all!! My eye doctor is a better eye Dr place then they ever will be !

Went to get a contact test, got an eye infection the next day after going in for an exam. Was told not to use contacts for a while and when I went to go get my contacts for the test I ALREADY PAID OUT OF POCKET FOR they told me no I need a second test and have to pay AGAIN for an entirely new test.
Never got my contacts. Wasted over $100 and staff was very unclear about after care instructions and follow up said it was my fault.
Would not recommend unless you want to pay double for contacts you’ll never receive.

These ODs expect you to come back in a week to assess your contacts. Total power trip. What active adult has the time to take 2 days out of their schedule in back to back weeks for eye appointments? Never in my life has this happened and I’ve gone to optometrists across 4 cities.

My son came in for his exam for glasses and contacts. Staff and doctor all great. Everything was explained in detail from cost to his new prescriptions. He loves his new contacts and glasses.
