I am a fourth generation resident and business owner in Estes Park. There’s two main reasons why I chose to work with Mike in purchasing a new condo for my family over anyone else local, competency and hard work. I want to be taken care of when it comes to making the most important purchase of my life. Working with Mike and Mindy has been very easy. If I didn’t like something they moved on. If I liked something, they went out of their way to get me every piece of info one could possibly ask for. Often without any prompting. They were on top of everything the moment we asked them anything or needed anything. Extremely smooth process with these folks, they know the ins and outs of the business better than anyone up here in Estes Park.

Mike and Mindy helped get our condo sold this past month. I’ve known Mike for a while so it was always a no brainer to use Mike and his team to sell our condo.

As with any sale we ran into a few snags over the last few months to get this deal done but they were able to work through everything without issues. They were always on the ball with updates and communication and it was great working with them.

Mike and Mindy are simply the best. We met them before we could afford to buy a house, and now we’ve gone through them for all three houses. The experience has always been great - they treat us like friends but operate professionally. Everything is communicated clearly and on-time. When we bought our first house, Mindy had all the household necessities sitting on the island waiting for us and even some cat toys for my cat. When we bought our last house, Mike went to work helping us move in right after closing. I couldn’t recommend them more either up in Estes Park or down in the Front Range.

I have hired several realtors over the last 15 years and Mike Richardson is one at the top of the list! I never met one like him either! He pitches in on helping the seller get things ready like yard cleaning, hauling junk away, and even calling a plumber to fix a hot water heater in order to make things easy on the seller! I never saw that before in any of my previous realtors. He listens to what you want and is easy to get ahold of when needed. Better than I was a couple of times. He is a very good choice for selling your home.

Once we decided to go with Richardson Team Realty, their team hit the ground running. Their yard sign went up the same day, flyers were printed, social media posting was activated, and because of this we had our first offer within 3 days from a buyer. On the other side of the deal, we put an offer on a house with coordinated closings to take place on the same day. In spite of a couple buyers backing out on their offers, our realtors kept us encouraged and helped us cross the finish line. It was quite a journey from start to finish, and I'm glad we had Richardson Team Realty running with us every step of the way. They deserve a gold medal for the work they do!
