This place has gone downhill, since Steve died, they are super rude, have they have the HIGHEST RATES. I knew Steve, on a personal basis, and he was always professional, unlike the DEI hires that have taken over his business. This business, has gone, south, over the border, if You know, what I mean.

I realized today that I have been with Mike Pierce Insirance for almost 25 years. Whenever another insurance company attempts to beat the prices here, they fail.

I have been going to Mike Pierce insurance for a long time and they have always helped me find the best insurance for my car. I had Mendota and they jacked up my monthly payment for after year well I went in and I told her about it and she said let's find you a better insurance so she looked for me and in minutes found a better company for 61 dollars cheaper then what I was paying a month wow if that isn't a good job then I don't know what one is and I do know that is excellent job !!!!

Very unprofessional staff who don't know basic terms like hard or soft credit checks, and openly assist fraudulent debt that is not accrued by a driver who isn't at fault in an incident with an uninsured immigrant driver.
