I talk to Mr. Milton all the time. He answers my questions in a timely manner. He's very knowledgeable, very dedicated to his job and clients. He has a pleasant personality. Never called him and he acted like he was having a bad day even if he was. I am very proud to know him. He's always looking out for his clients. He's indeed a great asset to Allstate.

I have dealt with many insurance companies but Allstate has been my favorite so far. The agents at this office answer the phone promptly and will help you with anything right away. They will return calls and review your policies all the time to try and save you money. I save money with Allstate compared to other companies but if my policy increased i would stay with them for the great service i receive. I also feel that this office treats you like a person and not just another policy holder. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

When I needed to get a renters insurance policy my parents referred me to their long time and trusted Allstate agent, Mike Masri. Not only has Mike taken care of my parents insurance policies for years, but they started with his father Masri Sr. , who was also my grandparents insurance agent. I will be the third generation to now get my insurance through Mr. Masri and will be using him for any future insurance needs. He is quick to respond to my emails and is always very helpful. I feel like he truly has my best interest in mind. There is a good reason three generations have stayed with him through the years!
