Two of my girls worked thete (not really-same names)! Never had a problem simple simple simple !! Everyone is so nice and yes, they take my money monthly and that may be their job. I have had a few issues with the waiting period for the tow company and I wish that would get fixed but I’m a happy camper and when I retiree my Camper will be insured by them !!

So far not a fan, I have been told so many things and keep getting the runaround. They have cost money and have raised my rates in the first month because of an error on their part. I guess if they don't fix something I'll have to shop for another agency.

I notified my agent and Allstate to let them know I had obtained other insurance and to immediately cancel all charges and to refund any unused premium including any monies in transit. Now 5 days later I have received any acknowledgment from agent or Allstate. I expect action and will pursue all available actions if needed.

This was a very easy transition from one company to another! Not much different in price for homeowners but much more for your money and around 25$ per month savings for my 3 autos and much better coverage. I was with my other company for 30 years and thought I was getting a good deal till I talked to all state thank you very much for helping me out!!

Responsiveness from this agency is the poorest I have ever had. I have switched my Allstate agency to another one that has much better customer service.
