The girls in this office are very nice and helpful. My issue is with state farm itself. I had them many many years ago and they were great! But today's state farm is not the same as it was back then. I went back with them about 1.5-2 years ago. Unfortunately had a total loss claim on my car which they paid fairly promptly. But now I got a letter in the mail stating they were no longer going to renew my auto insurance because of that claim. This is why we pay for insurance, for them to pay claims. Needless to say I will be taking my multiple policies away from them as soon as I find a much better company to go with. This is riduculous!! I had heard things about SF lately, all negative. But I had been pleased-that is until I received this letter yesterday!! Dusgusting practices now with them!! Extremely upset and disappointed!!!!

Very Poor insurance. They wanted to Over insure me on my house. Coverage that I didn't need. So I went elsewhere to someone else that gave me the exact coverage that I needed. Then my mom got life insurance, and when needed to use that, they are giving us issues about even just the money she paid into life insurance, and much more issues. They sure do want your business and money, but when it comes to paying out for what you bought, they will fight you tooth and nail. They will give you problems, they will use excuses, they are a nightmare to deal with. So if you are looking for insurance that is easy to deal with, that will do you right and treat you right and give you coverage that you need with no hassle. Then this isn't the insurance for you.
