Had been in a car accident and was with a different insurance agent and was not getting the help I needed with them. Met Shannon on a plane ride home and after chatting with her found out she was with State Farm in which I was already with. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and said they could help us. So I changed agents and so glad I did, Mike Devine's office went over and beyond what they probably needed to do but they were exceptional at getting my claim finished. They were always there to help us and always answered the phone or responded to our texts. Would so highly recommend them as your next insurance agency. Can't give a higher star rating than 5 but it goes beyond that. Thank you so much for all your work in getting this settled for us. We are vey happy with the change we made as a whole. 10 stars!!!

When looking for an insurance agent in the Copper Center, AK area we had a couple negative experiences before receiving a recommendation to call State Farm (generally assumed to be over priced coverage - NOT from this agency). We could not be more impressed with the professionalism and genuine friendliness of everyone we talked to at this agency. Jenny is our new favorite insurance lady of Alaska!!!
