Our Allstate agent Mike Brainard is great. He's been extremely helpful and friendly. I feel like we pay premium prices, but due to him, I feel like we receive a premium product. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because there have been some relatively minor snafu's when dealing with your adjusters.

Mike Brainard is a fantastic agent!
The only reason I didn't give 5stars is due to the claims customer service. They are kind, but extremely hard to understand and don't seem to fully understand me, causing longer conversations than necessary. I was given wrong information regarding towing my vehicle.
I highly recommend Mike as an agent as he is very good at explaining your policy

I have been a client of Allstate for decades. Each agent is excellent, skilled, knowledgeable and trustworthy! Response to issues or concerns rapid and fair. In a fire in South America, we lost all possessions and Allstate compensated us very fairly! Our loss was close to the end of a three week vacation, and many items were ones purchased along our way. I am positive that I will never switch insurance companies after the timely and fair treatment from Allstate!!!

I must say Mike Brainard is probably the best insurance agent out there! He keeps me on track with payments & reminders as life becomes super busy. I usually insurance shop every year to check rates & left a couple of times for "more affordable" insurance however always end up coming back because of how great the customer service is. Mike responds immediately & corrects issues I overlook. Sometimes the rates are slightly higher then some companies, however in this situation you get what you pay for. It is worth spending a little more to have piece of mind and fantastic service.

My agent has been very responsive to any inquiries and assistance with keeping my policies up to date. My agent is very quick to keep me informed about new products and coverage options. I have had a claim since I last posted a review. I had hail damage last summer I cannot say enough good things about dealing with Allstate from start to finish. In light of the massive amounts of weather related claims that must have come in, I think Allstate did an admiral job of handling things.

Mike Brainard is an exceptional agent. He is always available if we ever have questions and responds immediately (even after hours and weekends). He’s so helpful and extremely patient with us. He explains things thoroughly and gives us great advice. We had to file a claim for massive water damage at our home and Mike and the Allstate team were organized, made the process very easy and not stressful. They did did a great job throughout. We are very pleased with their service!
