Absolutely do not use this title agency you do have a choice just because your realtor says this is the one we're using you don't have to use them. We had an escrow account it ended on April 30th. I contacted them and said the work didn't get done what happens now... they said we'll have to refund the money the contract is up. never heard back from them called back 6 weeks later and was told that they did not write down anything that we talked about on the phone. they had no notations whatsoever. they forwarded twice the amount of money to the contractor who ran away with it which is not their fault that the contractor ran away with it, but it is their fault that they did not give half down. they gave 100% of the job even though I was very clear. When I called to follow up with where the remaining amount of the escrow account was I was told that they were not responsible for not contacting the other party to find out if they were satisfied with what was going on. and I said well I don't work for you and Mark basically just said, I mean he didn't say screw you , but he said screw you not our problem. okay fine .whatever really doesn't matter there's not a damn thing I can do about it. So if you want to get screwed use this company. if you want somebody who's going to make a bunch of excuses for why they didn't do what they were supposed to do, use this company. if you make great notes and call back and follow up with directions that have been given and they don't, and you just want to basically be at the whim and will of whatever they feel like doing on any given day. use this company ; if you want them to not communicate with you at all, use this company. otherwise you better find someone else because they are not honest and they don't care.
