Despicable company. I own a tree service and they hired me to trim a tree at one of their properties. 3 months later I still haven't been paid and I can't get anyone to respond back to me anymore with any kind of update as to what's going on. Definitely show what kind of business they run by the lack of communication and utter disregard for the people they hore to do work for them. If anyone gets hired by this company, make sure you get paid up front. Otherwise, you'll probably have to take them to court to recoup your money.

When doing business communication is key. I should never have to call a company several times to do business. I do understand that we get busy but responding back is part of respecting the customer. I have never experienced this treatment from any company and I have been in business over 20 years. I will have this escalated further after looking at all of these reviews. Unable to reach either brokers nor the office via phone or email regarding the vacant properties. I wouldn't suggest to the landlords lists the properties with them

Stay away from this company. They never get back to you on a place they have for lease. Hundreds of vacant buildings. They ask way to much per foot and they would rather let the buildings stay vacant. Terrible company.
