Dealing with Geico the past few days has been an absolute faisco, so in a fit of rage I cancelled all of my policies with them since I reasoned it was easier to just go with a different provider than fix the issues I was having. American Family Insurance has a positive reputation for customer service so I gave this local agency a call.

Holy cow, does my experience with Paul and Beverly contrast with the treatment I received at Geico. I will 100% deal with these wonderful folks going forward.

The level of customer service is more important to me than the insurance rates, BUT the rates I was quoted were lower than Geico or Allstate so it's a win-win!

Michelle and her team are knowledgeable at all around amazing. We had a flood from our master bathroom years back and had to file a claim with our current carrier at the time ,State Farm, it was a horrible experience and we were left footing a huge bill after State Farm refused to pay out to ensure we could replace what was damaged. We made the switch to American Family and the transition was easy, Michelle's team was informative and all around enjoyable. After a hail storm totaled our roof we filed a claim with AmFam. What a completely different experience. They made us whole again. We paid our deductible and were walked through the process with adjusters who were informative and professional!
