I just switched my homeowners and auto insurance to Mike Wood Allstate Insurance Agency in September of 2024. I couldn't be more pleased with the service that they have provided me. I needed to make a change to my auto insurance policy and spoke with Cheryl. You can tell that her concern and ability to service the customer is a number one priority. Having run service centers all my adult life, I know the importance of exceeding a customers expectations. That's exactly what Cheryl did today. I highly recommend this agency to service both your home and auto insurance needs.

I need a new roof, and they paid $27 on the claim. I told the person that called to follow up that I was not satisfied. They were going to follow up after reviewing the pictures that the roofer sent them. I’ve had zero follow up. I’ve been with them for 25 years and now I’m in the process of shopping for another insurance company.

It took 8 months to get my insurance settled after someone took off after hitting my rental car in a parking garage. Michael, my "agent" refused to be of any help and could only tell me to take it up with the adjuster. After many hours on the phone with adjusters they only paid a portion of the amount due to the rental car company leaving collection agents calling me every week! I did not receive one phone call from Michael during the entire 8 months although I called many times looking for guidance.

I am so thankful for the two individuals in this office. Mike and Melinda. Yesterday, Melinda truly went above and beyond for me to make sure every need I had was taken care of. That is such a rare quality to find in a an agency representative. Something very tragic happened to me this week and she made me feel so comforted and taken care of. If you have the oppprtinity to use this office, I would recommend doing so.

I've been working with Mike for over 15 years. No matter the coverage, no matter the day, Mike always deliveries, he is an excellent communicator and cares about his customers. Geico Insurance, State Farm Insurance should learn from Mike Wood, he is a people person not a computer generated email response with a fancy app. Allstate Insurance, Michael Wood and his staff are the best group in insurance and they will have my business as long as he doesn't retire early.

I had Allstate Insurance for 7 years with geat driving record. The premium keeps on going up. The worse part is that an under influence driver rear ended me while I'm at a stop light was given the rights since he was with Allstate Insurance.
