We switched all of our insurance from a well-known company to Country Financial a year ago. Country Financial provided the more coverage for a cheaper premium than what we were paying with the other company.

The customer service we received and continue to receive from Michael and his staff is top notch!

We were recently out of state to attend out daughter's wedding and I had totally forgot to get coverage for the venue. I had what I need within 1 hour of speaking with the staff. Michael and his staff were quick to get me what I needed, and I am very grateful.

It has been five weeks since cancelling my policies and refunds have not been delivered. Company refuses to help and I cannot reach Michael Lujan. Country financial corporate refuses to send them out and/or provide info to get the issue resolved. Other companies might charge more, but I would avoid country financial at all costs.

0 stars. Worst insurance company to go through. Tried to make a payment and they ended up charging $951.51 more than what was supposed to. Then basically said it was a me problem when the money wasn’t being refunded to my account. Horrible customer service. DO NOT USE. Also they kept raising our insurance $20 every month since we had them.
